At AdviseBridge, we believe transparency builds trust. Our cost policy ensures that students, advisors, and partner institutions understand exactly what they pay — with no hidden fees or unfair charges.

For Students

Our student portal is completely free to use.
Students can research programs, apply to schools, and track applications at no extra cost from AdviseBridge.

• Application Fee: Only the official institutional application fee applies.
• Payment Processing Fee: A small 2–4% vendor charge may apply for online payments (credit/debit card or other payment gateways).
• No Additional Charges: AdviseBridge does not charge consulting or service fees to students for applications.

 The total amount paid is comparable to applying directly to the institution — often more convenient, with faster tracking and centralized support.

For Advisors

Advisors associated with AdviseBridge operate as independent business contractors.
They may charge their own reasonable service fee for advising or counseling students — but must adhere to the following:

• Advisors cannot charge additional fees for submitting applications through AdviseBridge’s portal.
• All advisor services and fees must be clearly disclosed to students in advance.
• Advisors must follow AdviseBridge’s ethical recruitment and transparency standards.

 AdviseBridge reserves the right to suspend partnerships with any advisor who violates the fee or disclosure policy.

For Institutions

Partner institutions pay no upfront cost to receive student applications via AdviseBridge.
Our platform connects directly with university systems through secure API or portal integration.

Optional services may include:

• Featured placement or promotional visibility
• Data insights and reporting tools
• Custom API or system integration support

 These premium options are entirely optional and arranged by separate agreement.
